Adewale Odusina

Adewale Odusina is a versatile professional who seamlessly bridges the gap between technical engineering and the creative arts. With a solid foundation in Engineering, Adewale applies analytical problem-solving and technical discipline to his diverse ventures in technology, graphic design, and music.
An accomplished musician and poet, he is the author of ‘The 3Bs to Mind in Life’ and the voice behind recent musical projects like ‘No Cross No Crown’. Adewale is known for his ability to translate complex technical concepts into relatable, inspired narratives—a skill he recently demonstrated while providing career guidance to students at Remo Secondary School. Whether through his work with Hiworks Services Limited or his contributions to the LekeeLekee platform, Adewale remains dedicated to excellence in both the structural and the expressive.

Aderinola Oloruntoye

Aderinola Oloruntoye manages Value Advisory for SAP Public Sector Industry in Emerging Africa and doubles as Value Advisor for Financial Services for Africa Region. Aderinola has over 24 years experience in business transformation across Africa. He has managed mission critical SAP Business Transformation (S/4)HANA projects and extensive data warehousing, business intelligence consulting and implementation projects across public, oil & gas, telecoms and banking sectors.

Aderinola is a Fellow, Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a certified Business Transformation Management Methodology (BTMM) Consultant, a Certified CXO Digital
Transformation Manager and an SAPBusinessObjects Certified Professional (BOCP). He has completed PostGraduate programs in Digital Strategy Development/Leadership, Digital Product Management, both from
Boston University Questrom Business School and Design Thinking Post Graduate studies from Rochester
Institute of Technology, New York.

Aderinola is a certified Business AI consultant, the winner of 2011 NIM organised National Young Manager of
the year competition from his award-winning thesis on IFRS & Management. Africa Team Winner of SAP EMEA Innovation Championship (2014), SAP EMEA Learning Content Provider(2015). He has delivered over hundred thought leadership content at various conferences and forums on Analytics, Disruptive Innovation, Digital
Transformation and Business AI.
