Oluyemisi Situ is a Business Management expert with over 30 years’ experience in auditing, taxation, financial advisory, and internal controls across accountancy, banking, and insurance. A Fellow of ICAN and CITN with an MBA from OAU, she is also a certified mediator, lead auditor, and ILO-trained trainer. She leads CRL Business Solutions and O.O. Situ & Co., and currently studies Organizational Coaching at the University of British Columbia, driven by a passion for improving people and business systems.
Aderinola Oloruntoye leads Value Advisory for SAP Public Sector in Emerging Africa and also serves as Value Advisor for Financial Services across Africa. With over 24 years of experience in business transformation, he has led major SAP S/4HANA, data warehousing, and analytics projects across public and private sectors. A Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and holder of multiple certifications in digital strategy, transformation, and AI, he has completed postgraduate studies at Boston University and RIT. Aderinola is an award-winning thought leader with over 100 conference presentations on innovation, analytics, and digital transformation.
MoyinOluwa Adebayo is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 40 years of experience in banking, corporate, commercial, land, and family law. As senior partner at Moyinoluwa Ologure & Co. (Integrity Chambers), she is known for her integrity, legal excellence, and client dedication, with a clientele that includes major banks like FirstBank and Wema Bank. An alumna of the University of Ife and active member of the NBA Ikeja Branch, she combines legal expertise with compassion, especially in sensitive matters. Outside law, MoyinOluwa is a devout Christian, community leader, and marriage counselor, passionate about empowering families, mentoring women, and supporting ex-prisoners through faith-based outreach and restoration initiatives.
Omobolade Baderinwa is a seasoned HR leader and Director of People at DotX Technologies, where she drives HR strategy across five business entities, known for cultivating high-performance cultures. With global certifications including SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, and CIPM, she brings deep expertise to human capital leadership. She is also the founder of Imparkt, a consultancy serving clients across Asia, Europe, and Africa in recruitment, coaching, and organizational development. Beyond her corporate work, Omobolade leads the Ministry team at Harvesters Gbagada, overseeing 2,000+ volunteers and outreach programs that have impacted over 20,000 lives through her faith-driven leadership.
