About Oluyemisi Situ 

Oluyemisi Situ is a Business Management Professional with over 3 decades experience in Auditing, Individual & Corporate Taxation, Internal Control Systems design, Financial Advisory & Accountancy Consultancy; acquired in Public Accountancy practice, Banking & Insurance sub sectors.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), she also holds an MBA in General Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, is a certified Mediator with the Lagos State Multidoor Courthouse, certified QMS & FSMS Lead Auditor and an ILO trained Trainer. She sits as an Independent director on the boards of a number of companies and Not-for-Profit organizations.

Oluyemisi Situ is the Founder and Lead Consultant @ CRL Business Solutions Limited (a Bus. Management Consulting Company) and O.O. Situ & Co. (Chartered Accountants). The two organizations offer complimentary services in Business Management & Financial Advisory for corporate & individual clients. She is currently undergoing a certificate program in Organizational Coaching with the University of British Columbia, Vancouver and is passionate about helping people and their business systems and processes become improved versions of themselves.

Aderinola Oloruntoye manages Value Advisory for SAP Public Sector Industry in Emerging Africa and doubles as Value Advisor for Financial Services for Africa Region. Aderinola has over 24 years experience in business transformation across Africa. He has managed mission critical SAP Business Transformation (S/4)HANA projects and extensive data warehousing, business intelligence consulting and implementation projects across public, oil & gas, telecoms and banking sectors.
Aderinola is a Fellow, Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a certified Business Transformation Management Methodology (BTMM) Consultant, a Certified CXO Digital
Transformation Manager and an SAPBusinessObjects Certified Professional (BOCP). He has completed PostGraduate programs in Digital Strategy Development/Leadership, Digital Product Management, both from
Boston University Questrom Business School and Design Thinking Post Graduate studies from Rochester
Institute of Technology, New York.
Aderinola is a certified Business AI consultant, the winner of 2011 NIM organised National Young Manager of
the year competition from his award-winning thesis on IFRS & Management. Africa Team Winner of SAP EMEA Innovation Championship (2014), SAP EMEA Learning Content Provider(2015). He has delivered over hundred thought leadership content at various conferences and forums on Analytics, Disruptive Innovation, Digital
Transformation and Business AI.

About Moyinoluwa Ologure-Adebayo

Moyinoluwa is a distinguished legal practitioner with over four decades of experience, specializing in banking, corporate, commercial, land and family law. Her industry expertise runs through banking, commercial, and real estate. With a vast on-hands experience in litigation covering these diverse fields of legal practice in Nigeria. Moyinoluwa is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch where she belongs to the General Practice Group.

She is the senior partner at Moyinoluwa Ologure & Co. (Integrity Chambers), where she has built a reputation for distinguishing herself with excellent counsel, knowledge and application of the extant laws in the Nigerian environment. Her clientele include, FirstBank Nigeria, Wema Bank
Nigeria Ltd., to name a few. Her core values are integrity, and dedicated client service in the practice of law.
She combines her deep legal knowledge with a compassionate and strategic approach to problem-solving, particularly in sensitive or complex matters. Moyinoluwa is an alumnus of University of Ife, Osun State Nigeria.

Personal & Community Engagement:
Moyinoluwa has been remarried to Timothy Adebayo for 15 years and together they raised six graduate children from a blended family. She is a proud mother and grandmother devoted to nurturing faith and values in her family.
Beyond the legal field, Moyinoluwa is a pillar in her community. She has served as a marriage counselor for over 7 years, oƯering guidance to young couples based on her own life experience,
wisdom, and faith.

Her passion lies in empowering distressed families, especially women, encouraging them to rise above adversity spiritually, emotionally, and financially. She leads initiatives focused on comfort, support, and restoration for the struggling, disadvantaged, and downtrodden.

Faith & Ministry:
A devout Christian, Moyinoluwa believes strongly in building homes and raising children on the foundation of God’s Word and biblical principles.
